Used bottles will be thoroughly cleaned and sterilised in an UV steriliser, then refilled and released for sale with a sticker label to indicate its renewed status.

Preparation
Wet the fur of your pet thoroughly. For a furkid about 5kg in weight, mix 30ml of shampoo (about 2 tablespoons) with 300ml of water and apply to body in circular motions to remove dirt. Rinse off with lukewarm water.
