Preparation
- 1. Place the rice in a bowl
- 2. Add plenty of water and swirl it around with your hands
- 3. Discard the water
- 4. Repeat this process a few times
- 4. Place the washed rice in a rice cooker and add the given amount of water
- 5. Soak for 30 - 60 minutes at room temperature
- 6. Cook the rice according to the directions of the rice cooker
- 7. When it is done, gently turn the rice with a paddle
