ANOTHER MOMOYA QUALITY DELICIOUS PRODUCT. Like the popular Menma Menma Yawaragi (spicy oil flavor), we used the tip of bamboo shoots from Machiku, and added green onion scent so that even those who don't like spicy food can enjoy it. The green onion flavored oil is made by slowly extracting the flavor of green onion, shallot, and ginger with soybean oil using Momoya's unique method to create a mild and gentle taste. It can be used not only for hot rice and ramen, but also for a wide range of dishes such as appetizers, side dishes with sake, soups, salads, stir-fried dishes and aemono.
