Haorenjia with 20 year experience produces fish seasoning of up to 220 days fermented. Local traditonal taste. The pickled cabbage is sour and refreshing. One bag can be used to cook 1.5kg fish. Fish soup which is cooked by this is sour and delicious. Can be used to cook many dishes, like pork pickled cabbage noodle, pickled cabbage rice noodle soup and etc. Cooking Instructions 1) Sprinkle salt on the fish. Wash 1.5kg fish and drain the water, then cut it into slices. Place salted fish in a bag with 10g cooking wine and salt it for 10 minutes. (Scallions and ginger can also be used to remove the smell) 2) Heat the oil and fry the pickled cabbage. After that, add the seasoning bag and 1.2kg of water. Bring it to a boil, then reduce to a low heat and continue to cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the pickled cabbage flavour is strong. 3)Adjust the heat to medium, add the fish head and bone, and cook for 3 minutes before put it to a plate. Then add the fish slices to the soup and cook for 1-2 minutes. Based on personal taste, can sprinkle with the chopped spring onions, leek and etc

How to cook: 1) Salt fish. Heat the oil and put into pickled cabbage to fry. Then add seasoning bag and 1.2kg water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until has strong taste of pickled cabbage. 3)Adjust to medium heat, put into fish head and fish bone and cook 3 minutes, then take it out to place it on the plate. And then put fish slices to the soup to cook 1-2 minutes. Based on personal taste, can sprinkle with the chopped spring onions, leek and etc.
