PREPARATION

  • • Cooking Instruction:
  • 1. Boil - Bring the water to a boil in a pot and add the frozen dumplings. Stir gently to prevent the dumplings from shrinking together. Boil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until the dumplings float on top of the water.
  • 2. Steam - Place the frozen dumplings in a steamer and steam for 12 minutes
  • 3. Pan Fry - Heat up some oil in a frying pan and lay in the frozen dumpling. Add some water and cover the pan with lid. Simmer over low heat for 7 minutes or until the base of the dumplings turn golden brown
  • 4. Deep Fry - Heat up some oil in a frying pan and lay in the frozen dumplings. Slowly fry over low heat until the dumplings turn golden brown. Coat the dumpling with batter for a crispier taste

STORAGE INFORMATION

Keep frozen (-18°C & below). Once thawed, do not refreeze.
