Key Information

Breast milk is the best for your baby. The World Health Organisation recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life. Unnecessary introduction of bottle feeding or other food and drinks will have a negative impact on breastfeeding. After six months of age, infants should receive age-appropriate foods while breastfeeding continues for up to two years of age or beyond. Consult your doctor before deciding to use infant formula or if you have difficulty breastfeeding.

Preparation

• Directions for use:
1. Wash hands before preparing the feed
2. Clean and then sterilise all the utensils by boiling for 5 minutes or using an approved steriliser
3. Boil safe drinking water and allow to cool to feeding temperature
4. Measure the required volume of lukewarm water into a sterilised feeding bottle
5. Use only the enclosed scoop
6. Fill the scoop lightly
7. Avoid compacting powder
8. Always add 1 level scoop of powder for each 30ml of water
9. Stir or shake briskly to dissolve the powder
10. Test temperature on wrist before feeding
11. Feed immediately (do not store)
12. Discard unfinished feeds

Storage

• Store product in a cool dry place
• Use by the date on the box
• After opening, keep in an airtight container and use contents within 3 weeks
