PREPARATION
- • Directions:
- 1.Bring 1.6L of water to boil
- 2. Add in 2 filter bags and 2 whole bulbs of garlic(16 cloves)
- 3. Boil at medium flame for 30 minutes
- 4. Add in 1kg of pork ribs and 2 packets of soy sauce
- 5. Boil at low heat for 60 minutes or until meat is tender
- 6. Serve hot
- • Note:
- It is recommended to blanch the raw pork ribs for 1-2 mins prior to cooking
